1. Registration fee
a. Registration fee: USD 550/per person. Registration fee and meals fee during convention, self-settle for accommodation.

• Registration fee includes admission to Opening Ceremony, Academic Exchange Session, Refreshments during convention, Papers Review, Convention details and Certificate for Participation.
• Meals fee for convention on 1st and 2nd May (2 days), includes refreshment, lunch and dinner.
  

b. Accompanying Registration fee: USD 250/per person Fee includes admission to Welcome Banquet and Gala Dinner. The above fees do not include bank charges; payer should bear for the transfer fees. The convention registration fee does not consist of any medical and travel insurance, participants should handle the insurance matters in Malaysia by themselves.

Preferential Policy
1. For those register before 31st December 2011 could enjoy the preferential price in advance;
2. A group with more than 10 people (or 10 people) could enjoy the preferential price when register;

Cancellation on Participation
If applicant not able to attend the convention due to any reason, he/she could inform the Convention Secretariat through written for the cancellation on participation, after deducting 20% for the administration fee, the balance will be refunded to the applicant; however no refund is allowed after 31st January 2012.
